VEGAN SAN CHOY BAU || CHRISTMAS RECIPES

INGREDIENTS:

1 Carrot diced
Half a red onion
1 Stick of celery diced
1 small nob of ginger
1 cup of soy protein- rehydrated with 1 cup of boiling water 1:1 ratio
½ a cup of water chestnuts chopped
3 Cups of chopped mushrooms
Hand full of diced coriander stems
1 Tsp of coconut sugar
1 Clove of garlic
1 cup of bean sprouts

1 Iceberg lettuce

SAUCE:
Dash of tamari
Tsp of Vegan ‘Oyster sauce’
Dash of barbeque coconut amino OR sweet chilli sauce.
Lime juice

THICKENER- 1 tbsp of Tamari mixed with 1 tbsp of corn starch

GARNISH:
Sesame seeds
Sesame oil
Hand full of chopped green shallots

This makes 5-7 servings 🙂
