How to make a Cheesecake

This delicious recipe is requested by Yukychan! Cheesecake is so light and fluffy and super delicious, so thanks for the request!! We are huuuuge cheeselovers so hopefuly you guys will enjoy this recipe as much as we did!


– 600g of cream cheese (€0.99~$1.18 for 200g)
– 4 eggs (€1.44~$1.87 for 12 eggs)
– 160g of sugar (€0.74~$0.96 for 1kg)
– 100g of melted butter (€0.80~$1.00 for 250g)
– 200g of cookies (€1.25~$&1.50 for 500g)

== RECIPE ==

1. Put the cookies in a zipbag and smash them up into crumbs
2. Put the cookie crumbs in a mixing bowl and add the melted butter
3. Kneed it untill it’s mixed
4. Take a spring form and spread butter on it or line it with some baking paper
5. Put the cookie mixture in there and spread it on the bottom, pushing it down
6. Put this in the over at 180°C for 15 minutes.
7. In the meanwhile whip up the cream cheese using a mixer (preferably)
8. Then add the sugar and mix again
9. Finally add the eggs on by one while mixing in between, so add egg, mix, add egg, mix…
10. Take the cookie crust out of the oven and poor in the cheese mixture
11. Put the cake tin in the oven at 180°C for an hour
12. After an hour, take out the cake and let it cool off for a while
13. Now place it in the fridge over night to stiffen up
14. A few hours later and your cheese cake is done and delicious!
