Snickerdoodle Cookie Recipe!

Ever had Snickerdoodle cookies before? These rich and chewy cinnamon sugar cookies are perfect for this time of the year but let’s face it, they’re great all year round!
I make my snickerdoodles without cream of tartar and I asure you( and as you can see in this video) they come out chewy, soft and flavorful. I hope you guys try this recipe!

Ingredients you’ll need:

– 125 gr All Purpose Flour
– 100 gr melted Butter
– 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
– 150 gr Light Brown Sugar
– 2 Egg Yolks( In the video I was using 1 egg yolk because I did half the recipe)
– 5 gr Salt
– 5 gr Baking Powder

For the Sugar Coating:

– Fine White Sugar or Powdered Sugar (about 2 tablespoons)
– Cinnamon. Add to your liking.

Recipe in cups:
– 1 cup All Purpose Flour
– 3/4 cups Light Brown Sugar
– 1 stick of Butter
– 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
– 2 Egg Yolks( In the video I was using only one because I did half the recipe)
– 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
– 3/4 teaspoon Salt

For the Sugar Coating:

– Fine White Sugar or Powdered Sugar (about 2 tablespoons)
– Cinnamon. Add to your liking.
