Cupcakes

150g Stork with butter
110g caster sugar
3 eggs, large
1 tsp vanilla extract
150g self-raising flour (or 150g flour and 1 tsp baking powder)
50g white chocolate, grated

Frosting

125g Stork with butter
350g icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cooled boiled water

To decorate

12 white marshmallows
Pink sprinkles
25g melted dark chocolate
Pink ball sprinkles
