Easter Egg Basket Cupcake Tutorial

In this video, I demonstrate how to make moist and light red velvet cupcakes and how to decorate them professionally for easter.

1/2 cup butter
1 cup caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 buttermilk
pinch salt
1 + 1/4 cup self raising flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Americolour red food gel and / or Red liquid food colour, 40mls.
or a combination of the 2, no real amount that I could recommend. Just until the batter is a deep red.

Cream Cheese Fronsting:

250 grams cream cheese
170 grams unsalted butter
850 grams – 900 grams icing sugar
