Enjoy my simple, clean summer gazpacho recipe!
A fresh, healthy and super easy recipe that I cooked up in our kitchen tonight. After getting a huge amount of beautiful tomatoes from our CSA (Rise ‘N Shine Organic Farm) this week, I threw this together for the perfect non-cook summer dinner. Add crusty baguette circles and parmesan cheese with a serving of white wine, and dinner is served!!!!
Yields 5 gazpacho servings. 3/4 cups per serving.
21DF Container equivalents for 1 gazpacho serving:
1 green container, 1/2 tsp oils
