Flourless, Protein-Packed Shakeology Cinnamon Rolls!!

These easy, no-bake cinnamon rolls can be made with Shakeology or your favorite protein or meal replacement shake powder.

Recipe:
1 scoop vanilla Shakeology or protein powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup of egg whites
1-2 tbsp unsweetened almond, coconut, soy or cashew milk
Blend or whisk well and cook in a pan sprayed with non-stick spray like a pancake, swirling pan around to make sure batter spreads into a thin layer, Flip once when bubbles appear. Second side will cook quickly, only about 1 minute! Batter usually makes 2 pancakes.
Filling:
2 TBSP cream cheese
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp stevia or sweetener of choice
1/4 tsp butter extract (optional)
8 pecan halves, roughly chopped
2 tsp coconut oil, heated 20 seconds in microwave

Mix all ingredients well and spread on pancakes. Roll up tightly and slice. Turn rolls on side to see the swirl and enjoy!
