I LOVE pasta, but following a low carb diet means little to no pasta at all! Luckily, I discovered Miracle Noodles. This is shirataki pasta– guilt free and zero calories. And it is only made of soluble fiber. Now you can live low carb AND have your pasta too!
EDIT: BTW when I said 4 grams of carbs in the video I meant NET carbs!! Sorry about the confusion.
Miracle Noodle on Amazon
6 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup chopped onions (white) (6 grams carbs)
2 Tbs olive oil
1 lb. Italian sausage no casing (.7 grams carbs)
1 bottle (24 oz.) marinara sauce (3 grams carbs)
6 Tbs heavy cream
pinch of red pepper
1 tsp dry basil
salt & pepper to taste
2 packages of Miracle Noodle
optional topping: parmesan cheese
Heat up pan with Olive Oil. Add in Italian Sausage and basil to heated pan. Add dry ingredients to the mix and mix with sausage and cook until sausage is brown. Add in marinara sauce then mix well with sausage and dry ingredients. Let it boil then add heavy cream and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
Miracle Noodle directions:
Drain noodles and run cold water through it, yes it is stinky at first, but the smell will disappear. Transfer to boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain again. Dry noodles in medium heat in the same pan and use tongs to turn and cook until dry.
