Low Carb Recipe: How to make a Omelet in the Microwave

Microwave Omelette
Preparation Time: 4 minutes | Yield: 1 omelet
2 eggs
1 broccoli floret
10 cherry tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese
How to prepare:
1 – Break the two eggs into a bolw and beat them for 30 seconds.
2 – Chop the broccoli, cut the tomato into 4, add salt and oregano. Mix well.
3 – Cover with the cheese and microwave for 2 minutes.
4 – Your omelet is ready! Enjoy your food!
