In this video our registered dietitian and health nut, Molly Morgan, is going to show you how to make this incredibly easy and very tasty paleo pancake recipe using ingredients like bananas, almond flour and coconut flour! FUN FACT: Almond flour and coconut flour are also great for creating gluten free and low carb recipes!

-PALEO PANCAKE RECIPE-
Serves 4 (3 pancakes each)
1 1/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp pure vanilla
2 mashed bananas
*optional: extra bananas for serving
1. In a mixing bowl combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix to combine.
2. Then add in the milk, vanilla, vinegar, and eggs. Mix to combine.
3. Mash the bananas and then stir into the mixture.
4. Scoop 1/4 cup of the mixture at a time onto a skillet over medium heat. Allow each pancake to cook until you start to see bubbles on the surface and the pancake is lightly browned. Then flip the pancake and continue to cook until the other side is lightly browned, set aside and complete for the remaining pancakes.
Serving suggestion: serve topped with sliced bananas!
