* doubled the recipe to make more
* reduced bread crumbs by about 75%
* added a bit of oats
* added a few tbsp of psyllium husk
* used egg whites instead of eggs
* added more veg than prescribed
* mixed all the veg into the meat, instead of saving some for a sauce.
