Big Mac Attack recipe
-1 pound 97% lean ground beef
-1 small onion finely chopped
-salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
-24 dill pickle slices
– 6 slices American fat free cheese
-1 can reduced fat crescent rolls
-few sprays of olive oil cooking spray
-1 teaspoon sesame seeds
-head of romaine lettuce, sliced
-12 tablespoon lite thousand island dressing
Brown ground beef in non stick frying pan with onions ( may season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Once ground beef is cooked and onions are soft, place mixture in a 11 x 7 baking dish. Place pickles in a layer on top of the ground beef. Top pickle with cheese slices. Open crescent rolls carefully and place entire sheet of crescent roll dough on top of the cheese. Spray olive oil spray on the crescent rolls and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until crescent dough is golden brown. Serve with romaine salad with 2 tablespoons of dressing per serving. Serves 6, Weight Watcher smart points is 10 per serving.
