Veggie Ranch Pizza
Smart points: 4 SP
Simply Filling: 1 SP (for lavash bread)
• 1 Joseph’s Lavash Bread, toasted
• 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 cup sweet peppers, diced
• 1 cup carrot, shredded
• ¾ cup fat free shredded cheese
• 4 oz. fat free cream cheese
• 1 container of nonfat plain greek yogurt
• 1 pkg ranch dressing mix
• 1 ½ Tbl fat free mayo
Toast the lavash bread to desired crispiness. The crispier, the easier to pick up when toppings have been placed on top. Mix cream cheese, mayo, fat free yogurt and ranch seasoning packet. Spread on lavash and top with desired veggies.
