Cinnamon For Weight Loss Recipe helps to boost and speed up the metabolism which helps the body burn fat. Many of you may not think of eating honey and cinnamon to lose weight, but when combined they can reduce food cravings.
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp of honey
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 cup of water
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE AND USE
Put the cinnamon in a bowl
Boil 1 cup of water
Pour the hot water over the cinnamon
Steep for 15 minutes
Add honey to the cooled liquid
Always add honey to the cooled liquid – As hot liquid will destroy the enzymes in the raw honey.
Drink this cinnamon water twice a day: 1/2 cup in the morning and 1/2 cup before going to bed. Take on an empty stomach.

Aik cupp pani ko ubaalne ke baad is mein daar cheeni daal kar cholha band kar den. Aur 15 se 30 minute baad is pani mein shehad mix karlen. Yeh khayaal rahay ke garam pani mein shehad ko nahi milana balkay pani thanda honay ka intzaar karna hoga .

Is pani ka aadha cupp raat ko sonay se pehlay piyen aur baqiya pani subah nashtay se qabal khaali pait nosh karen. Chand hi dinon mein aap ko misbet nateeja miley ga aur wazan kam honay ke sath aap ko –apne andar tawanai aur jinsi karkardagi mein bhi behtari mehsoos ho gi, is nuskhay ko aap do mah tak istemaal kar satke hain .
