KHAJOOR APPLE SHAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Apple
Ice
Cinnamon powder
Milk
Honey
Vanilla ice cream
Dates (Khajoor)

PROCESS

1.Slice apple and add it in a pan.
2.You can add sugar or honey or nothing if apple is sweet
3.Turn on the flame on medium heat
4.Add dates
5.Cook for some time, then add cinnamon powder
6.Turn off the flame after some minutes
7.Blend the whole thing after it comes to room temperature.
8.Add ice, ice cream and milk one by one and keep blending.
9.Add ice cream in a glass
10.Pour smoothie
11.Add ice over it
12.You can avoid ice cream if you are drinking it as weight loss drink
