* 2 to 3 Dosas will keep you fuller for longer as it is rich in protein, fiber and essential nutrients.

* My Vegan friends can easily substitute ghee for coconut oil 🙂

* All the ingredients are wholesome foods and nutrient dense.

* You can make thick dosas like uttapams

* These dosas can be rolled and you can keep fun fillings like peanut butter, chutneys or jam .
