The detailed ingredients & method for this recipe are as below:
Quinoa Poha | High Protein Breakfast | Indian Recipes with Quinoa | Weight Loss Recipes | Low Fat
1 Tsp – Oil
1 Tsp – Mustard Seeds / Rai
1 Tsp – Green Chillies, finely chopped
6 to 8 – Curry Leaves
1 Tbsp – Peanuts, roasted
1 Tsp – Ginger, finely chopped
1/2 Cup – Onions, finely chopped
1/2 Tsp – Turmeric
1 Cup – Quinoa
Salt – To taste
1 Tsp – Sugar
1/4 – Lemon, freshly squeezed
1 Tbsp – Coriander, finely chopped
1) In a pan, heat oil and then add mustard seeds, green chillies and curry leaves & stir.
2) Now add finely chopped ginger & onions, turmeric & mix.;
3) Saute for 1 minute.

5) Saute for 1 minute.
6) Garnish with coriander and serve immediately!
