What I Eat In A Day // WSLF Vegan (weight loss recipes)

Hey guys 🙂

I did some repositioning and decided to try out this new format of filming my videos ( my kitchen really is THE WORST for filming). I hope this will give the video a more high end, polished look.

On to the recipes:

Breakfast Oatmeal:
about 1 cup dry oats, covered with boiling water
1 banana, mashed
1 hand full of mixed berries

simply let the oatmeal and water sit for about 2 minutes, then top with mashed banana and berries

Lunch Quinoa Salad:
1/3 head lettuce of coice
1/2 cucumber, diced
1.5 cups cooked quinoa (1:3 quinoa:water ratio, cooked fo about 20 min)
A few chickpeas
Sweet and Sour chili sauce (yes that stuff you usually get alongside fried spring rolls. It makes and excellent salad dressing)

Dinner Grilled Veggies

Preheat oven to 200°C/390°F
(all sliced/ diced)
1 carrot
1 yellow pepper
1 hand full cherry tomatos
1 courgette
1/2 red onion
4-5 potatos
2-3 tomatos

Add salt and pepper and some fresh rosemary. Bake in the oven for about 40 min or until the potatos are all the way done.
