This is the best mexican soup ever. My grandpa used to make it all the time and I can’t tell you how much I love it and how much my kids liked it.
5 lbs chicken
10 potatoes
1 -2 cabbages
2 onions
6 carrots
6 celery stalks
salt & pepper to taste
Water to cover everything in the pot
Cook for at least 2 hours on medium once you have a simmer going or until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender. Enjoy!
