STEAK RECIPE | EASY STEAK SALAD | WHOLE 30

This easy steak salad recipe is simple, healthy, and Whole 30 approved! This simple recipe takes less than 15 minutes to make and is absolutely one of the best steak recipes you can cook!

|| Ingredients ||
1 Carton Mixed Greens
2 Handfulls of Button Mushrooms
1 Handfull Cherry or Grape Tomatoes
1 Cup Roasted Corn
1 Handful Roasted Asparagus
2 Roasted Red Peppers
1 8-10oz NY Strip Steak
1 Lemon
Sea Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil

*Bake asparagus @ 375 degrees for about 12 minutes
*Sear steak on high heat, each side 3-4 minutes (*Add butter/olive oil/ghee to pan and let melt before searing steak)
*Broil steak in oven @ 500 degrees for about 10 minutes (*Let steak sit for 5 minutes after taking it out of the oven)
