I used to bulk make and freeze meals. I am doing that again. Right now I need to do this as we have no water. I am cooking at the camping club once a week and then have them ready to pop in the oven [in their disposable recycleable containers] I will continue this because we are expecting last minute guests throughout the rest of the year and beyond. Also, it saves time, energy, and money. I am super excited for next year when I can be making freezer meals with what we have grown in our own garden!
