I love watching What I Eat In A Day videos, so I thought I’d film one myself! I have a number of intolerances and dietary requirements so I find that finding new recipes can be a bit of a challenge, I have to be quite adventurous!
Some of the meals in the video are vegan (breakfast, snacks), some include meat (I used to be vegetarian but after giving up dairy, it made life very difficult as I travel lots – so I reintroduced chicken and fish, I don’t eat red meat though) and some are gluten free. I try to eat as healthy as possible but in recent weeks, I’ve been testing out the 30-day meal plan ‘The WHOLE30’ which makes for a really interesting read (if you wanted to take a look). I’m doing this to see if eliminating certain things might help with my skin, however I do tend to eat this kind of thing usually (just with a few more carbs) so it’s pretty telling of my usual routine!
