Whole30 Grocery Haul – What to Eat During the September Whole30

Happy September 1st! Today is the first day of the official September Whole30. Who is participating?! Let me know in the comments below if you’re doing a Whole30, if this is your first time and WHY you’re doing one. The why is a big thing to remember these next 30 days.

After going back and forth for weeks, I’ve decided not to do one. I’ll talk about why in another video. BUT I promised I would still be uploading Whole30 videos anyway.

So here is a Whole30 grocery haul. I get all of my groceries at either Target or Costco. And they have a ton of Whole30-approved choices. You’ll notice I didn’t mention menu planning or recipes. That’s because I find that way too complicated and unnecessary. Stock your fridge with protein, veggies, fruits, starchy carbs and a few extras like almond butter, Whole30-approved condiments and spices and you’ll be good to go!

Each meal chose a:
Protein source
Optional: a fat source
Optional: A starchy carb or fruit
