গরুর মাংস রান্না । Cooking Beef in Common, healthy and Traditional way. Beef (Cow Meat) Curry is one of the tasty and favorite recipe of our country. This popular cuisine is cooked in various ways. Such as beef bhuna, chili beef recipe, beef roast, beef fry, Chinese style beef, matsuska beef – is one of the expensive Japanese style recipe, beef steak, grill, spicy beef bhuna, beef bhoona, dry beef curry, chinese shredded, sizzling, beef stew, black fry (Gorur kala bhuna), beef biryani and tehari etc.

Today I’ll show how to cook Beef (Cow Meat) simply and spicy bhuna – A healthy beef recipe.

Necessary Ingredients :

1. Beef – 1 kg
2. Onion chopped – 4 pices
3. Ginger Paste – 1 Table Spoon (TBSP)
4. Garlic paste – 1 TBSP
5. Cumin paste – 1 tbsp
6. Turmeric powder – 1 Tea Spoon (tsp)
7. Chili powder – 1 tsp
8. Salt – To taste
9. Bay leaf – 1 piece
10. Cinnamon – 3 pieces
11. Cardamom – 7/8 pieces
12. Cloves – 9/10 pieces
13. Mustard Oil
14. Soybean oil

Process of cooking :

It is a delicious Bangladeshi beef curry recipe. Beef Bhuna (Bhuna gorur mangsho) is more tasty than all other beef recipes. Almost every body likes it.
