Blue Cheese Beef Burger

1lb good quality ground beef
1 small onion, grated
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 splash Worcestershire sauce
1⁄2 cup crumbled blue cheese [OR shredded white cheddar]

In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
Form four equal patties.
Grill burgers until the reach desired doneness.
Top with

• Red onion

Chicken Caesar Burger

1lb ground chicken
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 splash of Worcestershire sauce
1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp Caesar salad dressing
fresh parsley, chopped
salt and pepper

In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
Form four equal patties.
Grill burgers until the reach an internal temperature of 165oF.
Top with
• Bacon
• Caesar dessing
• Romaine lettuce
• Tomato

Spicy Southwestern Black Bean Burger

1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
1⁄2 bell pepper, finely diced
1⁄2 red onion, grated
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, finely chopped
1⁄2 cup quinoa flakes [oats and breadcrumbs will also work]
1 egg [or egg substitute]
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
salt and pepper

In a large mixing bowl, mash black beans with a potato masher.
Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Form four equal patties.
Grill burgers about five minutes per side.
Top with
• Monterey jack cheese
• Guacamole
• Tomato
• Red onion
