Keema Curry/Karahi – Minced Meat Recipe / Cook with Saima in English

– Minced meat – 1 kg
– Skinless and chopped Tomatoes – 750 grams
– 2 onions cut into slices
– 5 chopped green chillies
– Chopped Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
– 2 mint leaves
– 2 tbsp of Julienned Ginger
– 1 cup of Green onion
– Oil – ¾ cup
– Yogurt – ½ cup
– Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
– Roasted chopped coriander 1 tbsp
– Roasted chopped cumin – 1 tbsp
– Fresh Ground black pepper – 1 tsp
– Dry Fenugreek Leaves – 1 tbsp
– Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
– Salt as required
– Chopped red chili pepper – ½ tsp
– Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
