This is our go-to meatball recipe. I combined a recipe I found online with a recipe I had in a cookbook to get these delicious meatballs! These are great with pasta, rice, or even as meatball subs. : )

1 lb Grass Fed Organic Beef (ground turkey or chicken may work but will change the finished flavor and texture)
1 Large Egg
1/2 Cup Milk (I used Unsweetened Almond Milk, but Cows milk is fine too)
2 1/2 Slices of Bread (I used up what we had on hand)
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
1/2 tsp. Garlic
1 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
2 tsp. Dried Parsley

– Combine everything except the meat and milk and mix well
– Add the meat and gently fold in the other ingredients
– Add milk and finish mixing
– Use a portion scoop or spoon to make meatballs about the size of a ping pong ball
– Bake at 375 (degrees F) for 20 mins on a foil lined baking sheet
– Makes about 22 meatballs (depending on their size)
