INGREDIENTS: (Everything was bought from WholeFoods)😉
-One block of Tempeh (Use blender to grind tempeh)
-3/4 Cup cashew (Use blender to grind cashew)
-1/2 Cup vegan parmesan cheese
-1/2 Cup white onions
-4 garlic cloves (Minced)
-1/2 Cup Vegan bread crumbs
-1/2 TBSP Fresh Parsley
-2 TBSP Flax Seeds
-2 TSP Italian Seasoning
❗After mixing and rolling them individually, remember to place the pan in the freezer for 25-30 mins.
❗Pan fry in olive oil (2 mins each side) and then pop them in the oven at 350 F for 15 minutes!!!
