A twist on the traditional meatball recipe. We’ve used passata with pepper & chilli for added heat and flavour.

2 x 350g packs good quality sausages
Grated zest of 1 lemon
15g fresh basil, chopped
1 x tbsp Napolina Olive Oil
1 x red onion (chopped)
1 x red pepper (halved, deseeded and sliced)
1 x 350g carton of Napolina passata with pepper and chilli
400g Napolina Bronze Die, Regular or Wholewheat Spaghetti
35g fresh parmesan
