Swedish Meatball Recipe – Served Over Egg Noodles

Ingredients:

1 – 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 egg
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup bread crumbs
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Ground black pepper

Sauce:
2 cups beef broth
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup corn oil
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
Ground black pepper

Directions:

1. Combine ingredients for meat balls
2. For sauce combine oil and flour
3. Add spices and stir
4. Add hot beef broth
5. Stir in sour cream
6. Serve over wide egg noodles
