1/3 cup of chopped green pepper, 1/3 cup of chopped red bell pepper, 1/3 cup of mushroom, 1/3 cup of chopped onion, 1 pound of pork chops, a pinch of salt and black pepper, 2 tsp of xiaoxing cooking wine, 1 tsp of sesame oil, 1 egg, 1/2 cup of all purpose flour, 1/2 cup of cornstarch, 1/4 cup of vegetable cooking oil, 1 tsp of minced ginger, 1 tsp of minced garlic, 1 TBS of hoisin sauce, 3/4 cup of ketchup, 1 1/2 TBS of apple cider vinegar, 2-3 TBS of sugar, 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of water, 1 tsp of sesame oil.
