Chris Perry Carves The Famous Chop

Chris Perry, owner of Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille, demonstrates how to carve Perry’s Famous Pork Chop. The famous chop is cured, roasted, slow-smoked and caramelized and served with homemade applesauce. It is carved tableside and available every day of the week for dinner, as well as each Friday from 11 am – 4 pm during lunch at a special price.
