How to cook pork chops with sweet onions and peppers.
Cut a red pepper and a red onion into slivers and place in a hot pan with a little olive oil or coconut oil.
Add salt and pepper, a tablespoon of honey or sugar and cook for about 2 minutes. Add in some red wine vinegar and chopped basil.
Take the pork chops out of the fridge about 1/2 hour before cooking. Cut a few slits in the chop and season with salt and pepper. Put into a hot pan for about 1 1/2 minutes,
Flip over and add in crushed garlic and Thyme. Cook for another minute. Baste the last few seconds.
