I Hate Cooking: Joy’s Apricot-Glazed Pork Chops

In this video, Joy Dudis, “The Pink Lady” guides viewers through making an easy pork chop recipe with just three ingredients. This is just one of many that offers health and wellness tips at http://bit.ly/2j1jiqn

Joy’s show is called “I Hate Cooking” so she focuses on making recipes that are not only delicious but also healthy and easy to cook.

This easy recipe starts with whole pork tenderloins, which she cuts up and places in a baking pan. Next, Joy combines a jar of apricot preserves with Catalina dressing and a packet of dry onion soup. She then spoons this combination generously over the pork chops, noting that you can also substitute chicken in this recipe. Next she places the pork chops in a 350-degree preheated oven for 40 minutes. She notes to serve these moist chops with a gravy ladle to preserve some of the glaze on the cooked pork chop.
