This easy recipe starts with whole pork tenderloins, which she cuts up and places in a baking pan. Next, Joy combines a jar of apricot preserves with Catalina dressing and a packet of dry onion soup. She then spoons this combination generously over the pork chops, noting that you can also substitute chicken in this recipe. Next she places the pork chops in a 350-degree preheated oven for 40 minutes. She notes to serve these moist chops with a gravy ladle to preserve some of the glaze on the cooked pork chop.
