Low Carb Crispy Fried Pork – Keto

Fried Pork Ingredients:
1lb to 2lb – pork tenderloin
Paul Prudhomme’s pork seasoning https://rebrand.ly/Pork-Seasoning
2 cups – ground pork rinds
1 cup – grated (canned) parmesan cheese
2 to 3 large eggs beaten

Green Onion Sauce:
2 cups – heavy cream
2 Tbs – unsalted butter
¼ cup – chopped green onions
1 ½ tsp – salt
½ tsp – black pepper
