While I was searching for a last minute dinner party pork casserole recipes, this one caught my eye. This video shows you how how to cook this delicious chopped onion and sausage casserole.

So, I just had to share this pork and onion casserole recipe with you and I hope it is as satisfying to you as it is to me.


Sausage – 1lb.
Beef soup – 2 cans
Raw rice – 1 c.
Onion – 1 medium

Cooking Directions:

STEP 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
STEP 2: Chop onion
STEP 3: Brown sausage, then drain off all fat.
STEP 4: Combine the browned sausage, beef soup, raw rice and chopped onions in a large casserole dish.
STEP 5: Cover dish, place in preheated oven and bake 45 minutes.
STEP 6: Before serving, stir gently.
