A tasty yet simple method for preparing smoked sausage on your outdoor grill.
Jimmy Dean Original Sausage.
Simply open the packs of sausage and allow to come to room temperature.
Use medium heat along with pre-soaked smoker chips.
Roughly two handfuls of smoker chips will do the job. The flavor is up to you.
Place sausage patties on the grill for 15 to 20 minutes per side or until done to your liking.
Remove from heat once both sides are dark brown in color.
Let cool five to ten minutes and enjoy!
