Stir Fry Asparagus & Pork Sausage Recipe (Asian Style Cooking Channel)

Welcome to Xiao’s Kitchen – A cooking channel dedicated to creating some of the world’s best Asian dishes

250g Asparagus
100g Smokey Cooked Pork Sausage
2 Red Chillies
3 Cloves Garlic
5g Ginger
1 Tbsp Cooking Wine
1 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
Salt to Taste

1. Finely chop the garlic & ginger
2. Thinly slice the chillies
3. Cut the asparagus into about 1 inch pieces
4. Slice the pork sausage into ½cm slices, then cut into strips
5. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in the wok
6. Add the garlic, ginger & chillies, then stir fry for a few seconds
7. Add the pork sausages & stir fry for 3 minutes
8. Add the cooking wine & white wine vinegar, stir fry for a minute
9. Add the asparagus & stir fry for 2 minutes
10. Add a pinch of salt & stir fry for a few seconds
11. Add sesame oil & stir
12. Transfer to a dish, serve & enjoy
