7 Minute Coconut Shrimp Recipe

Dill is the NEW cilantro! ….he happened to quickly grab the wrong herb at the Grocery Store, oops. Dill works in this recipe too (he did make & it tastes great) however the recipe does call for Cilantro as it compliments the lime better.

“Share” this recipe with friends:
1/2 -1 Can of Coconut Milk (I use 1 can for flavor + more good fat)
2 tsp Siracha Hot Sauce
1 Bottle of lime
Handful of chopped Cilantro – make sure to smell before bagging! (but dill works too)
2 lb bag of Shrimp
S n P

1. Thaw shrimp under cold water
2. Put all ingredients but shrimp in a pot and bring to a simmer
3 Stir in Shrimp and cook for about 4 minutes

You can serve as a hot or cold app or throw on a bed of spinach for a nice entrée
