Whats up Youtube! Heres another easy recipe for you. Only 4-5 ingredients, very lean, and great tasting. Below are the calories and macronutrient info:

Per 4 ounces of Shrimp with 1 tablespoon of bbq sauce:

approx- 136 calories: 17g Carbs, 0g Fat, 17g of protein

1 cup of white rice, 8 ounce of shrimp, and 2 tablespoons of bbq sauce.

approx 456 calories: 80g of carbs, 0g of fat, 34g of protein
