10 oz fresh tuna
Sea salt
sesame seeds
1 tbsp vegetable oil
For salad:
1/3 cup sliced apple
1/3 cup cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup diced cucumber
1/3 cup green pepper
4 tbsp chopped mint
1 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 purple onion thin sliced

For Avocado dipping sauce:
1/2 avocado
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice

For dipping sauce:
1 tbsp veg. oil
1 tbsp mince garlic
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sriracha
