These mummies were inspired by Halloween. Easy peasy mummy sausage rolls are wrapped up in slices of puff pastry to make them look like mummies. You can make them like in the video or customize in your own way.

Sausage Mummies for Halloween
A simple recipe for Halloween

Ingredients
– 1 sheet puff pastry
– 6 precooked sausages
– 1 egg
– mayo or mustard, for eyes

Wrap the pastry strips around the sausages.
Using a pasty cutter or pizza cutter,
slice into 0,5-1cm strips.
Put them mummies on a baking tray and brush with egg wash
if you like to give it more color.
Bake in a hot oven for about 15 minutes
or until golden brown.
Dot on mayo or mustard for the eye.
