Halloween is almost here so I have some keto halloween recipes for you. If you are having a halloween party this weekend and are looking for some keto party food to make, this video is for you.

I have three low carb halloween recipes for you. A keto appetizer that looks like an eyeball called Caprese Eyeballs. A keto kids recipe that is a halloween version of a weiner wrap. It’s a keto mummy dog. And a spooky gluten free halloween recipe using Miracle Noodles. It is a creamy garlic keto Fettuccine Alfredo with green olives that look like eyeballs.

All of these keto recipes are easy to make so you can still live your keto lifestyle and enjoy Halloween with your nonketo and keto friends.

2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 egg yolk
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup green olives, chopped

Prepare Miracle Noodles according to package instructions.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
In a small bowl, whisk together the cream and egg yolk until combined. Pour cream mixture into the garlic butter. Stir until combined. Continue cooking until the mixture thickens.
Turn off the heat. Add in the prepared garlic & herb miracle noodles. Add the green onions, parmesan cheese and salt & pepper to taste. Stir until combined.

24 medium sized basil leaves
12 mini mozzarella balls, cut in half
6-8 grape or cherry tomatoes, sliced
12 black olives, cut in half

Calories: 12

Net Carbs: 0.4 g
Protein: 1.5 g


7 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg
4 oz almond flour
1 t baking powder
8 hot dogs

***I know I said the amounts of the ingredients wrong. This is exactly what I used as written above! Don’t forget the baking powder!! ***

Melt the mozzarella cheese in the microwave at 30 second intervals until melted.
Add the egg and mix until combined.
Mix in the almond flour and baking powder until fully combined.
Knead the dough out on a lightly floured surface until fully incorporated.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll into a long thin snake shape and wrap around the hot dog like a mummy.
Bake at 350 for about 17 minutes or until fluffed up and golden brown.
