Ingredients:
5 Cup Rice Krispies
4 Cup Marshmallow
½ Stick Butter
White Chocolate
Red Icing
Peach Rings
Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Melt butter with a pinch of salt, cinnamon and 1 tbsp Vanilla on low heat. Add Marshmallows until totally melted. Once melted, add melted marshmallow into greased bowl (so it doesn’t stick) with rice krispy’s and mix until fully incorporated.

Coat with your hands with oil (so it doesn’t stick) and mold the rice crispies into tightly packed balls. Allow them to cool in the fridge so they fully set, or else they will fall apart when adding the white chocolate.

As rice balls cool, melt your chocolate as per the instructions in our tempering chocolate video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2jDJK-nO58U) and add 1 tbsp of flavorless oil to thin the batter and make coating easier. Coat rice balls with white chocolate and place onto your Nonstick Baking Buddy Silicone Mat on a Baking Sheet Pan. Before putting it back into the refrigerator to cool, place an upside down chocolate chip on each ball to simulate iris.

Once white chocolate has hardened, decorate your rice krispy balls by drawing veins vertically up and down your ‘eyeballs’ and then draw circles of icing around the chocolate chip to create an ‘iris’. That’s it 🙂
